Thirty days to change your mind. Unused, in its original packaging, and you don't have to give a reason.
What we can take back
A pad that's still unused, in the packaging it arrived in, within thirty days of delivery. Include your order number.
We can't take back a pad that's been used, and we'd rather say why than hide it in a clause: these are washable pads for pet accidents. Once one has been used it cannot go to anyone else, at any price. That's a hygiene limit, not a restocking policy.
How to start one
Email us with your order number and what you're sending back. We reply with instructions. Refunds land on your original payment method within five to ten business days of us receiving and checking the return.
Return shipping is on you for a change of mind. Original shipping isn't refunded either, unless the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or defective is a different route
If it turns up damaged, or has a manufacturing fault, that's not a return. Send us photos within fourteen days and choose: free replacement or full refund. We send a prepaid label. You don't pay to send back something that arrived wrong.
Exchanges
Not offered directly. Return the original for a refund and order the size or print you meant to. It's one step more for you, and it means your new one ships immediately instead of waiting on the old one arriving.
