What happens after you order
Orders leave here in one to two business days, Monday to Friday, holidays aside. USPS then takes three to seven business days depending on where you are. So a Monday order is usually with you inside the week, and a Friday order starts moving on Monday.
The moment it leaves, you get a tracking number by email. Not when you order, when it actually ships, so the number works the first time you use it. You can follow it on the tracking page.
What it costs
Calculated at checkout from weight and destination, and shown before you pay. No shipping charge appears after the fact.
Where we ship
The United States. If you're outside it and want one, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth what it would cost.
If it stops moving
Tracking often sits still for a few days in transit. That gap is usually the handover between carrier networks, not a lost parcel, and it clears itself.
If nothing has changed past the estimated window, send us your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier. You don't need to prove anything first.
