Track your order

Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. It works for every carrier we ship with, so you don't need to know which one handled your parcel.

Where to find your tracking number

It's in the shipping confirmation email, sent when the parcel leaves us rather than when you order. If you have an order confirmation but no shipping email yet, the parcel hasn't been handed over, and there's nothing to track.

Why nothing is showing yet

A number usually goes live within 24 to 48 hours of the email. Until the carrier scans the parcel into its own network, the number exists but has nothing attached to it. A blank result on day one is normal and is not a lost parcel.

If it stops moving

Tracking often sits still for a few days in transit, particularly between countries, where a parcel can be scanned out of one network and not scanned into the next for a while. That gap is the handover, not a problem.

If nothing has changed for more than seven working days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Delivered, but not here

Check the porch, the side gate and with a neighbour first, and check whether anyone else at your address took it in. Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered a little before it's handed over. If it hasn't turned up by the next working day, tell us and we'll open it with the carrier.
