Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping options

We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Exact rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to order, contact us at yan@thehaverhill.com and we'll see what we can do.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at yan@thehaverhill.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
